Biography

After 10 years in Bookkeeping, Accounting and High-end Retail Sales Management in Los Angeles and Santa Monica, I have joined the experienced real estate team at Legend Realtors in Pasadena. Prior to USA Realty and Loans, I was a leading agent with Keller Williams, Prudential California Realty, and Coldwell Banker in Pasadena.

Through my business management background I developed strong listening, organizing, and negotiating skills. Not only am I patient, I work smart, and work well under pressure, especially with short time schedules. These qualities drive me to deliver a top-notch real estate experience for all of my clients.

I am an active member of National Association of Realtors, Notary; California Association of Realtors; and the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors; Loss Mitigation Specialist; and a devoted volunteer for the local board.

I am actively involved with the public school system and local agenda in the Pasadena neighborhood where I have been a resident (buyer and seller) since 1994. I have been interviewed and participated in KPCC 83.9 "Talk of The City" radio show for my story. My dedication to my husband of over ten years and my children play an important role in my life.

Through my experience, I believe the best judge of customer satisfaction is the happiness of the people I have interacted with.
